Is there any other way to recover my USB, or is there an app that I might buy to do the task? That's what the problem I was having was, and you'll need to format it to something other than FAT32 to fix it. The usual error I see is indeed "write protected". It just isn't there. I’d also recommend performing a scan with at least one other antivirus scanner, as not all antiviruses are 100% complete in their anti-virus definitions. I suggest to ad this tool at your article.
