The warnings are not a problem by it's own, they are rather harmless as of what I can see. so maybe make a backup before continuing on with this. It was just a fast experiment to see what would happen. Sometimes, you won't be able to move or copy it until you've rebooted and logged in as another user and move it then. Is there a way around that? I am still in the process of trying to move it, but like EpicusFuror said, there is a way to do this with cmd. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs.
