Essentially, the issue is the cache in the system does not clear out unless you do the reset. I believe this stemmed from an accidental deletion of the FTP user in AD, however I am not 100% sure. I cannot make sense as to why there is no error. (Using IIS from within Windows 2008, not from iis.net) Any troubleshooting assistance is most appreciated! Any idea of where I could look? There is an Authorization warning that says "Cannot verify access to path (E:\Folder\FTPfolder).
