You may have downloaded the latest one but you may run the wrong version.

So the only thing you can do is to install the library, and then from a terminal give the commands:Code: [Select]~> rpm -ql libicu44

Because it is a library, the package name should begin with lib (in a 64bit system you should also try lib64) therefore a first guess could be 'libicu'.
