If this is a bug and who ever needs more info I am glad to do so. I grabbed the 'ubuntu-10.10-desktop-i386.iso' from the main server and tried to install some ways. You can use a program such as winMD5Sum in Windows to check md5sums https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HowToMD5SUM#MD5SUM_on_Windows The hashes you need to check against the downloaded iso can be found here https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuHashes If you Will not boot in BIOS mode, you must choose in UEFI boot tab menu the UEFI:flashdrive entry.
