Anyone considering using the services of an Oracle support expert should independently investigate their credentials and experience, and not rely on advertisements and self-proclaimed expertise. Cause: In this situation either DBWR writes slowly or log switch happens before the log is completely full or log file is small. my checkpoints takes 1 hour?
