Although mine never actually worked in the first place, I'm stuck on the Code 10, and no one seems to have found a fix for it. it told me that a similar problem occured with a wireless AP of a different type and SP1 fixed it. the WG311 and the Ethernet Controller seems to be related. Having read that some people had got cards working by dropping down to 2gb, I decided to give this a try. If anyone has a proper solution that they have tested - and maybe a USB hub is it - then I'd like to hear it. In a second or two, the device manager refreshes again, the 'Etherenet Controller' disappears and the WG311 re-appears under Network Devices (with the warning icon of course). Check This Out Then either browse the CD or choose the raw drivers that Linksys might have been nice enough to give you.

As soon as I uninstall the wireless driver and restart (even in Safe Mode) the card is discovered and it pops back into my device manager (with the triangular warning icon).
Ok, disable the ethernet controller. I have been able to get to the Internet through my wired ethernet card but no luck with the WG311v3 Expert: Leon Russell replied6 years ago. After the fourth time I was reading you entry again from my Laptop and then I looked up at my home computer and "low and behold", the Netgear wizard was there.
