Get blu-ray or HD Itunes!? If you have any programs like that on your laptop, you can try uninstalling them. It may be a Mac Pro (tower) issue.

You reckon reseting the power manager should fix it? It is a mechanism which prevents the display of full-HD quality on non-authorized devices. Since when is 1280x532 considered "HD"? What's up with that. Help please! The Amazon test is just faster and you don't have to uninstall something after checking.It's not HD content per se but HD content that is using HDCP to stop the signal

Note that the movie will play fine on the iMac screen, even with an external display connected, but it will fail if you try to send the movie to the external From what I've read it seems like any sort of non-standard display driver such as those used by remote access tools may cause DHCP to break.
