It only goes to error page where I have 30 seconds or whatever to select how I would like to boot windows and which operating system etc. Although thats just a workaround, I'm still unable to use IE for some reason.  It's not just a DNS problem it seems something that IE needs is still being blocked. I've set my Smart Firewall to alert me when programs try to access the Internet then have told it to Allow Chrome when prompted but to no avail.
